Project Background: 

Anhui Yuxing Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. was established on March 8, 2022, registered in the south of Hefan Road, east of Caohong Road, north of Huixiang Road, and west of Wenyuan Road, High-tech Zone, Bozhou City, Anhui Province. Its business scope includes general projects such as the manufacture and sale of rubber products; the manufacture and sale of toys; the manufacture, retail, and wholesale of sporting goods and equipment; conference and exhibition services; the organization of sports performance activities; the manufacture of plastic products; the manufacture of specialized equipment for plastic processing; and the import and export of goods.


Pain Points:

Traditional warehousing is inefficient, with insufficient space utilization in flat floor stacking and low efficiency in manual handling.

The raw material pouring process is inefficient, with low manual pouring efficiency and prone to errors, posing risks of spillage and incorrect ratios.

The level of informatization is insufficient, leading to low inventory accuracy and a lack of real-time data support.


Solution:

Equipment: 3 dual-station pallet stackers, 2 single-station pallet stackers, 2 box stackers, 2 two-way shuttle cars, 5 RGV shuttle cars, 2 elevators, 1 pouring machine, and 1 set of steel platforms.

Cargo Dimensions: L1000mm*W1200mm*H850mm.

The height of the plastic box warehouse is 9.7m, and the height of the semi-finished product warehouse is 10.45m.

Unit Load: 1000kg.


Effects:

Optimized design of three storage areas, with 4704 effective storage locations in the 2F plastic box racks, 3360 effective storage locations in the large raw material box racks, and 3472 effective storage locations in the 1F semi-finished product racks.

The pallet stackers in the plastic box warehouse have an inbound and outbound efficiency of 240 pallets per hour, the raw material large cage box stackers have an inbound and outbound efficiency of 240 pallets per hour, the semi-finished product stackers have an inbound and outbound efficiency of 70 pallets per hour, and the five RGVs have an inbound and outbound efficiency of 100 pallets per hour.

Raw materials are automatically conveyed to the production line, semi-finished products are automatically returned to the warehouse, and finished products are automatically dispatched from the warehouse. Raw material batches are automatically identified, and pouring is precisely measured.

The WMS system is configured to achieve real-time visualization of inventory.
